The President expl ained about Mohyal marriages and as to what the benefits of marrying within the community were.Shri Raj i nder Chi bber gave a suggestion for creating a new post in the Organizing Committee of the sabha. This suggestion was being considered by the members of the committee.
Shri Kul bushan Chhibber suggested that, if any Mohyal wants to book t he hall for any kind of gather i ng, some concession should be given to him.
The Cashier, with the help of Shri Danesh Dutta, explained the accounts of the sabha. Sad News:
The house prayed for the following; 1) Smt. Rama Devi, w/o the late Shri Krishan Dyal Bali. Her son,Raju Bali, donated Rs.500/- each to the GMS and YPMS. 2) Smt. Jeevan Asha Chibber,sister of Shri Gulshan Bali. 3) Smt. Asha Dutta, w/o Shri Nand Kishore Vikram (Dutta). Shri. Nand Kishore, who is a very well -known writer, donated Rs. 2, 000/ - to the GMS and Rs.1,100 to YPMS.
Good News & Donations: 1. Rs.500/- each to the GMS and the local sabha, by Shri Raj esh Dutta, on his birthday. 2. Rs. 250/-, by Shri Dev Mohan, s/o Shri S.S Mohan. 3. Rs. 201/-, by Shri Aarek Bali. 4. Rs. 251/-, by Shri Ashok Vaid, on his wedding anniversary. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to the Chair and serving of breakfast.
